Resolving the Diesel Cab Ban Issue
The Indo-American Chamber of Commerce in association with the Government of India
presented, for the first time, the Indo-US BPO Summit – a unique opportunity for CXOs
and senior leaders of global firms to evaluate the leading outsourcing market (India).
The event was designed to help gain a complete understanding of the solutions and
opportunities available here.
The summit provided an in-depth look at the digital transformation occurring in
“New India”. It also attempted to portray how India is positioned to offer enhanced
innovation through major investments in its technological infrastructure – which
translates to 25-30% cost benefit to outsourcing customers.
Achieving digital transformation requires agility, creativity and full digital adoption.
An outsourcing model can deliver a full suite of capabilities that accelerate the digital
transformation. A partnering strategy is, therefore, essential to successfully execute the
level of change that is involved, while minimizing cost and risk.
To offer insights in these areas, a series of riveting sessions were scheduled around
four key themes – Digital Disruption: Imperatives for Enterprises, Innovation, Strategy
for Globalization and Delivering Change. Senior leaders from leading analyst and
consulting firms spoke on topics based on these themes. CEOs and senior executives
from major Global BPO companies attended the event.
