The College Connect Program
The BPM Council under the aegis of NASSCOM
launched a major campaign called “Become World
Worthy” to reach out to college students and faculty,
and educate them about the new avatar of this industry.
A pan-India campaign starting with campus connect
programs was launched in Bangalore and Chandigarh,
where leaders from Accenture, Concentrix, Genpact and
WNS spoke about different aspects of the industry.

BWW’s Website
Under the BWW campaign, NASSCOM
aims to launch a one-of-its-kind industry-
led digital platform that will provide
information to connect with students and
influencers. Interactions and engagement
opportunities will be generated through
various activities like online contests and
competitions.
This Website will also provide career
counselling, guiding students to choose
the right career opportunity in the BPM
industry. This microsite aims to position
and showcase the BPM industry as the
most exciting industry to pursue a career
in. Prior to this initiative, students had
no guide to help them explore career
opportunities in this field—this website
will bridge that gap.
The site will include FAQs, industry
insights, innovations, customer impact,
analyst views, leader talk etc. it will
also assist in career mapping, helping
students match their skills with career
opportunities.
